Refund policy

All Ananas treats are handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds or exchanges once an order has been baked or delivered.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun. Once baking has started, we cannot cancel or modify your order.

Missed Pickups or Delivery Issues

Because our treats are freshly baked and time-sensitive, we can’t offer refunds for missed pickups or delivery attempts due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability. We appreciate your understanding.

Allergy Notice

Our products are vegan and paleo, made without eggs, dairy, gluten, or refined sugar. That said, everything is made in a kitchen that may also process common allergens, including nuts, eggs, soy, and dairy. While we take every care to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
